ACCESS TO INFORMATION (PAIA COMPLIANCE)

As part of our commitment to transparency and compliance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA), 2000, and the 2021 Regulations, we ensure that all requests for access to records are processed using the prescribed Form 2.

• Form A repealed: The previously used Form A has been repealed and is no longer accepted.
• Use Form 2 of Annexure A: All requesters must use Form 2, as required by Regulation 7.1 of the PAIA Regulations.
